STPR Inc. (the “Company”) sets forth the following policy regarding the handling of personal information in the services provided by the Company (the “Services”), and will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and all other relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, etc. in such handling of personal information.
(Acquisition and Use of Personal Information)
To the extent necessary for the following purposes, the Company will acquire personal information on users of the Services through the Company’s official website, official SNS, various promotional campaigns, and other occasions, and will use information so acquired. Where the Company intends to use any personal information beyond the scope of the following purposes, the Company will, by appropriate means, obtain the prior consent of the person to which the personal information relates (the “Person”).

(Management and Protection of Personal Information)
The Company will strictly manage all personal information and will not disclose or provide any data on personal information to any third party without the consent of the Person, except in the following events:

(1)If the disclosure or provision of such data is necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person(s) and if it is difficult to obtain the consent of the Person.

(2)If it is specifically necessary to disclose or provide such data to improve public health or promote the sound development of children and if it is difficult to obtain the consent of the Person.

(3)If the Company is required to cooperate with any national authority or local government or any contractor of any of the above in the execution of their affairs prescribed by law and if obtaining the consent of the Person is likely to hinder the execution of such affairs.

(4)If the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information in order to smoothly perform the Company’s services and to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal information is used.

(Outsourcing of the Handling of Personal Information)
The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal information is used. In such case, the Company will fully examine the qualifications of the outsourcee, will incorporate confidentiality and related provisions in the contract, and will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to the outsourcee. The Company may also share all or part of the personal information acquired by the Company pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
(Acquisition and Use of Personal Information)
If the Company is requested by a Person to disclose his/her personal information to the Person, the Company will disclose such information to the Person without delay; provided, however, that the Company may refrain from disclosing all or part of such information if the requested disclosure is likely to result in any of the following events. If the Company decides not to disclose such information to the Person, the Company will notify the Person of such decision without delay.

(1)If the requested disclosure is likely to cause harm to the life, body, property or other right or interest of the Person or any third party.

(2)If the requested disclosure is likely to significantly hinder the proper performance of the Company’s services.

(3)If the requested disclosure otherwise violates any law.
(Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
- If any personal information in the possession of the Company is erroneous, the Company will, at the request of the Person, correct or delete such personal information pursuant to the procedure prescribed by the Company.
- If the Company receives a request from the Person as set forth in the preceding paragraph and decides that it is necessary to meet the request, the Company will correct or delete the relevant personal information without delay and will notify the Person thereof.
(Procedure for Amending This Privacy Policy)
The Company will strive to improve this policy by reviewing the provisions hereof from time to time. The provisions of this policy are subject to change unless otherwise provided by law or herein. Any amendments to this Privacy Policy will become effective upon notification to users by means prescribed by the Company or upon publication on the Company’s website.
